Delete your Unescovery account

Last updated: 20 October 2026

A Unescovery account is optional — it keeps the sites you mark as visited with you across phones. You can delete it at any time.

In the app

  1. Open Unescovery and go to the Collection tab.
  2. Scroll to Account at the bottom and tap your name (or Signed in).
  3. Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.

If you signed in with Apple, iPhone asks you to confirm with Apple once more.

By email

No longer have the app? Write to support [at] heritage-odyssey.com from the email address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

  • your account: email address, name and profile picture link, sign-in IDs
  • the visited sites saved in your account

Both are removed straight away and cannot be restored. If you signed in with Apple, the app’s access to your Apple ID is revoked too.

What stays

  • The visited sites on your phone stay there, as without an account. Remove the app to remove them.
  • Usage statistics, which never contain your email or name, stay for our twelve-month retention window.
  • Our email provider keeps a record of the sign-in emails it sent you for a limited time.
